What a small world! Mom and day came to me for baby portraits after seeing my work at one of their friends’ weddings. When they got to the studio, it just so happened that they ALSO knew another previous bride and groom of mine who have no connection to the first couple. I love it when things like that happen!
The portraits for this sweet baby girl got off to a great start–she was awake and quiet for pictures with mom and dad and surprisingly not very fussy. She of course got hungry a few times (I’m not sure what it is about sessions, but babies always have to eat 3 times–it’s like some strange cosmic baby rule) and there was maybe a couple minutes of screaming near the end of the session (the last feeding time that had her parents so surprised she needed) and then she fell asleep like a perfect little angel. I LOVEd some of the beautiful things mom brought in for us to use in Landry’s portraits–like that wonderfully brightly colored blanket from ehr nursery and that adorable pink bear. She also had a super cute name banner that just happened to work perfectly with my new(ish) ribbon backdrop. LOVE those shots! I am so excited to share these images of this beautiful baby girl and I can’t wait to work with them again as she grows!
